Butadryl Syrup from Medley is a multi-ingredient cough preparation. It combines diphenhydramine, ammonium chloride, sodium citrate, and menthol to give a soothing feel and help loosen chest congestion.

Diphenhydramine is a first-generation antihistamine that can calm a tickly cough. Ammonium chloride and sodium citrate act as expectorants to help thin and shift mucus, while menthol gives a familiar cooling sensation in the throat.

Shake the bottle well before each use. Take by mouth as prescribed by your doctor, using the measuring cap or spoon provided. Avoid alcohol and driving if you feel drowsy.

Tell your doctor if you have asthma, glaucoma, an enlarged prostate, liver or kidney problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Take care while driving or operating machinery, especially when starting the syrup.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children. Discard any remaining syrup as advised after the bottle has been opened for a long time.
