About
Morfen Plus Syrup from Horizon combines two well-known pain and fever medicines in a child-friendly liquid form. It is often used when a fever or pain comes along with cramps or aches that need both ingredients.

How it works
Mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks prostaglandins — the chemicals behind pain and inflammation. Paracetamol works centrally in the brain to reduce fever and pain. Together they cover both inflammation-driven and central pain pathways.
How to take
Shake the bottle well before each use. Take the dose as prescribed by your doctor using the measuring cup provided. Best taken with food to protect the stomach.
