Kold2Kold drop 15 ml

Kold2Kold Drops from Curewell are paediatric oral drops that combine Chlorpheniramine, an antihistamine, with Phenylephrine, a decongestant. They are designed for small babies who cannot yet take syrup or tablets for a blocked nose and cold.

Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine, the chemical that causes sneezing, itching and a runny nose during a cold or allergy. Phenylephrine narrows the swollen blood vessels in the nose, which clears the blocked feeling.

Give as prescribed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well and use the dropper provided in the pack. Do not give to babies without a doctor's advice.

• Sleepiness or unusual quietness
• Dry mouth
• Mild irritability
• Reduced appetite

Tell the doctor if the baby has heart problems, breathing issues or is already on other cold or allergy medicines. Do not exceed the dose. Avoid in very young infants unless specifically advised by a paediatrician.

Keep below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the cap tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
