Grilinctus BM Syrup from Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals is a combination cough syrup that contains Terbutaline and Bromhexine. It is commonly prescribed for productive cough with chest congestion.

How it works
Terbutaline relaxes the muscles around the airways, making it easier to breathe and reducing wheeze. Bromhexine is a mucolytic that thins sticky mucus, so it can be coughed out more easily and the chest feels lighter.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well and measure each dose with the cup provided. Drink warm fluids through the day to help loosen the mucus.

Precautions
