About
Dolopar Drops from Micro Labs is a paediatric oral drop containing Paracetamol. It is commonly used for infants and small children with fever or pain.
Uses
- Fever in babies and small children
- Teething discomfort

- Mild cold or ear pain
How it works
Paracetamol works in the brain centres that control body temperature and pain. It lowers the chemicals that cause fever and pain, so the child feels cooler and more settled.
How to take
Give as prescribed by your doctor, using the dropper that comes inside the pack. Doses are usually given every 4 to 6 hours, not more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
Side effects
- Mild rash
- Stomach upset
- Loose motion (rare)
- Allergic reaction (very rare)
Precautions
Do not give more than the prescribed dose. Avoid combining with other paracetamol-containing medicines. Tell the doctor if your child has liver problems or is very underweight.
Storage
Keep below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Close the cap tightly after use. Keep out of reach of children.
