About
Allegra D from Sanofi is a combination anti-allergy tablet. It pairs fexofenadine 60mg with pseudoephedrine 120mg in an extended-release form, useful when a blocked nose comes along with allergy symptoms.
Uses

- Sneezing and runny nose combined with blockage
How it works
Fexofenadine blocks histamine H1 receptors to settle sneezing, itching and watery discharge. Pseudoephedrine narrows swollen blood vessels in the nose lining, opening the airway so breathing feels easier.
How to take
As prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water — do not crush or break. Avoid taking close to bedtime.
Side effects

- Dry mouth
- Mild headache
Precautions
Avoid in people with high BP, heart disease, glaucoma or severe thyroid problems. Not for children below 12 years. Do not combine with other decongestants.
