Vasograin EC

Vasograin EC from Cadila is a combination tablet for acute migraine attacks. It brings together Ergotamine, Caffeine, Paracetamol and Prochlorperazine to address pain, vessel changes and nausea together.

Ergotamine narrows the over-dilated blood vessels in the head, caffeine sharpens its effect and aids absorption, paracetamol eases pain, and prochlorperazine helps control nausea and vomiting linked to migraine.

Take at the very first signs of a migraine attack as prescribed by your doctor. Do not exceed the dose your doctor recommends or use it for daily headaches.

• Drowsiness, dizziness
• Tingling or coldness in fingers and toes
• Rare but serious problems with circulation — seek help for chest pain, numbness or persistent leg pain

Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in people with heart, liver, kidney or circulation problems. Avoid combining with certain antibiotics, antifungals or HIV medicines. Do not use for daily or preventive headache treatment.
