Dazit 10 tablets from Sun Pharma contain Desloratadine, a non-drowsy second-generation antihistamine. They are used to control allergy symptoms.
Uses
- Sneezing and runny nose from allergies
- Itchy, watery eyes
- Hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis)
- Year-round allergic rhinitis
- Hives (chronic urticaria)
How it works
Desloratadine blocks H1 histamine receptors. Histamine is the natural chemical the body releases during an allergy that causes itching, sneezing and swelling. By blocking it, the medicine eases those symptoms.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food, usually once a day.

Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Use with care if you are taking other antihistamines or sedatives. Do not exceed the dose prescribed.
