Maxtra tablet from Zuventus contains Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine Maleate. It is a common cold and allergy medicine used to clear a blocked or runny nose and ease related symptoms.

• Blocked nose with cold
• Runny nose and sneezing
• Allergic rhinitis
• Watery, itchy eyes from allergy

Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the swollen blood vessels in the nose lining, easing congestion. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, reducing sneezing, runny nose and itching.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Avoid using along with other cold tablets to prevent doubling the effect.

• Drowsiness
• Dry mouth
• Slight rise in heart rate
• Mild restlessness

Use with care in high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid issues or enlarged prostate. Avoid alcohol and driving until you know how it affects you. Not advised in very young children without medical advice.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from sunlight. Keep the strip in its pack and out of reach of children.
