Glinil M from Cipla is a combination anti-diabetic tablet containing Glimepiride and Metformin. It is prescribed for adults with type 2 diabetes who need two complementary medicines for better sugar control.
Uses

How it works
Glimepiride, a sulfonylurea, helps the pancreas release more insulin. Metformin, a biguanide, lowers sugar made by the liver and improves how the body uses insulin. The two together attack high sugar from different angles.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow with water during or just after a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset and low sugar. Keep regular meal timings.

Precautions
