Bilacip 20

Bilacip 20 from Cipla contains bilastine, a non-sedating antihistamine. It is used to ease allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin hives without causing much drowsiness.

• Seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis
• Urticaria (hives) and itchy skin
• Allergic conjunctivitis symptoms
• Other histamine-driven allergy symptoms

Bilastine blocks the H1 histamine receptor. Since histamine is the chemical that triggers allergy symptoms, blocking it eases sneezing, itching, runny nose, and skin reactions.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, on an empty stomach — usually one hour before or two hours after food or fruit juice for best absorption.

• Stomach discomfort

Tell your doctor about kidney problems, heart rhythm issues, or other medicines you take. Avoid driving until you know how it affects you. Avoid alcohol.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from sunlight. Keep the strip sealed and out of children's reach.
