Laxolite Syrup 200ml

Laxolite Syrup from F B contains Lactulose, a gentle laxative often advised by doctors for constipation. It is a sweet, thick syrup taken by mouth.

Lactulose is a sugar that is not absorbed by the body. It draws water into the bowel and softens the stool, making it easier to pass. It also helps remove certain harmful substances from the gut in some liver conditions.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Usually mixed with water, juice or milk and taken once a day, often in the morning. It may take 1 to 2 days to start working, so do not increase the dose on your own.

Tell your doctor if you are diabetic, as the syrup contains sugars. Drink plenty of water during treatment. Long-term use should only be under medical guidance. Stop and inform doctor if you get severe diarrhoea.

Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Keep the cap tightly closed and out of reach of children.
