Aciloc 300

Aciloc 300 from Cadila is a higher-strength tablet with ranitidine 300 mg, an H2 blocker used for stubborn acidity and ulcer-related problems. It is usually given as a once-daily dose.

• Treats acid reflux and severe heartburn
• Helps heal stomach and duodenal ulcers
• Used in conditions with very high acid output
• Useful in long-term acidity that needs stronger control

Ranitidine blocks the H2 histamine receptor on acid-making cells in the stomach. With this signal blocked, the stomach produces much less acid, which calms heartburn symptoms and lets damaged areas of the gut lining heal.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once at bedtime or as advised. Swallow with a glass of water; it can be taken with or without food.

Tell your doctor if you have kidney, liver or heart problems or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Because ranitidine has been under regulatory review in some countries, use only as currently advised by your doctor and not for long stretches on your own.

Keep the strip in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Store below 25 degrees Celsius and out of reach of children.
