About
Telma 20 from Glenmark contains Telmisartan, a well-known angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). The lower strength is usually chosen to begin treatment for high blood pressure.
Uses

How it works
Telmisartan blocks the angiotensin II hormone at its receptor on blood vessels. The vessels stay relaxed and open, so blood flows more easily and pressure drops to a healthier level.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, swallowed whole with water. Pick a consistent time each day, usually in the morning.

Precautions
