Tazloc 20 from USV is a once-daily blood pressure tablet built around telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels so your heart doesn't have to work as hard.

• Lowering high blood pressure (hypertension)
• Helping protect the heart and kidneys in people at cardiovascular risk

Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that tightens blood vessels. With that signal switched off, vessels stay relaxed, pressure eases, and circulation improves.

Take one tablet as prescribed by your doctor, ideally at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow whole with water.

• Dizziness or light-headedness, especially with the first few doses
• Mild back or muscle ache
• Occasional upper respiratory symptoms

Let your doctor know if you're pregnant, planning pregnancy, dehydrated, or have kidney or liver concerns. Avoid potassium supplements unless advised.

Store below 30 degrees C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
