About
Glimisave MV2 from Eris Lifesciences is a triple-combination diabetes tablet with Glimepiride, Metformin and Voglibose. It is prescribed for adults with type 2 diabetes who have both fasting and after-meal sugar spikes.
Uses
- Type 2 diabetes in adults
- To control fasting and after-meal sugar
- When two-drug therapy is not enough
How it works
Glimepiride helps the pancreas release more insulin. Metformin lowers sugar produced by the liver and improves insulin use. Voglibose slows breakdown of carbohydrates in the gut so sugar rises gradually after meals. The three together cover different parts of the sugar cycle.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow with the very first bite of the main meal so Voglibose can act on the food. Maintain regular meal timings.

Precautions
Not suitable in severe kidney, liver or bowel disease. Treat low sugar with glucose, not table sugar. Avoid alcohol and have regular blood tests as advised.
