About
Telmikind 40 from Mankind Pharma is a standard-strength Telmisartan tablet, widely prescribed for everyday blood pressure control in adults.
Uses

How it works
Telmisartan is an angiotensin-receptor blocker. It blocks angiotensin-II, the hormone that normally tightens blood vessels, so vessels relax, blood flows more easily and BP comes down smoothly across the day.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day at the same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water and try not to skip doses.

Precautions
Tell your doctor about kidney or liver problems, low BP, dehydration, or pregnancy plans. Avoid potassium-rich salt substitutes unless your doctor agrees. Stand up slowly from sitting or lying down.
