About
Cresar H Tablet from Cipla combines Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), with Hydrochlorothiazide, a water tablet. The pair is used when one medicine is not enough to keep blood pressure in range.

How it works
Telmisartan blocks the chemical that tightens blood vessels, helping them stay relaxed. Hydrochlorothiazide helps the kidneys remove extra salt and water, lowering the total volume of blood. Both actions together bring the blood pressure down.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, once daily at the same time, with or without food. Swallow with water. Take in the morning to avoid passing urine at night.

Precautions
