Cilacar T from JB combines Cilnidipine and Telmisartan in one tablet. It is prescribed when high blood pressure needs two medicines working together for better control.
Uses

How it works
Cilnidipine relaxes blood vessels by blocking calcium channels, while Telmisartan blocks a hormone that narrows them. Together they widen vessels and lower blood pressure more effectively.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, swallowed whole with water, at the same time each day.

Precautions
