Cilnidinol TM 10 tab

Cilnidinol TM from Knoll combines cilnidipine and telmisartan in a single tablet. It is used to bring blood pressure under steady control when one medicine on its own isn't enough.

• Helping protect the heart and kidneys from long-term strain

Cilnidipine relaxes the muscles in artery walls, and telmisartan blocks a hormone that would otherwise narrow them. Working together, they lower the resistance your heart pumps against.

Swallow with a glass of water, as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, ideally at the same hour each day.

• Mild headache or dizziness
• Ankle swelling
• Flushing or warmth in the face
• Occasional back pain

Avoid in pregnancy. Inform your doctor of kidney issues, dehydration or use of potassium supplements. Rise slowly from lying or sitting to avoid a sudden drop in pressure.

Keep at room temperature in the original strip, away from moisture and direct sun. Store out of children's reach.
