Esomeza LSR from Knoll pairs esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, with sustained-release levosulpiride, a prokinetic, for reflux with bloating, nausea or sluggish digestion.

• GERD with regurgitation
• Functional dyspepsia
• Nausea, fullness and slow stomach emptying

Esomeprazole reduces stomach acid so the food pipe can soothe and heal. The slow-release levosulpiride keeps the upper gut moving smoothly through the day and helps calm nausea signals.

Swallow whole with water, usually 30 to 60 minutes before a meal, as prescribed by your doctor. Do not crush or chew, as the slow-release coating must stay intact.

• Breast tenderness or menstrual changes (with longer use)

Tell your doctor about Parkinson's disease, heart rhythm issues, prolactin-related concerns, epilepsy, kidney or liver disease, or pregnancy and breastfeeding. Avoid driving if drowsy. Use only as long as needed.

Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place, away from sunlight and out of children's reach.
