Lactifiber from Sun Pharma is a fibre-and-laxative powder containing Isabgol (Ispaghula) and Lactitol. It is used to ease constipation and support smoother bowel habits.

Isabgol is a natural fibre that swells with water, adds bulk to the stool and softens it. Lactitol is an osmotic laxative that pulls water into the gut, making the stool softer and easier to pass. Together they make the bowel move more comfortably.

Use as advised by your doctor. Mix the prescribed amount in a full glass of water or milk, stir well and drink right away. Drink extra water through the day for best results.
