Omez O from Dr. Reddy's is a sugar-free, mint-flavoured antacid suspension that neutralises acid, releases trapped gas, and numbs the burn in one mouthful.

Aluminium hydroxide and milk of magnesia neutralise gastric acid. Simethicone breaks down gas bubbles in the stomach. Oxetacaine, a local anaesthetic, numbs the inflamed lining for quicker comfort.
