Isabgol 100 gm from Shako is pure psyllium husk, a natural fibre from the Plantago ovata plant. It has long been used in Indian homes as a gentle remedy for constipation and digestive comfort.

Isabgol husk soaks up water in the gut and turns into a soft, slippery gel. This adds bulk to the stool, makes it easier to pass and supports the natural rhythm of bowel movements.

Follow instructions on the pack or your doctor's advice. Usually one or two teaspoons stirred into a glass of water or milk and taken once at night. Drink another glass of water right after.
