Isabgol 10 gm Sachets from Shako are single-dose servings of pure psyllium husk. The handy sachet makes it easy to take a measured serving of natural fibre at home or while travelling.

The husk absorbs water and forms a soft gel inside the gut. This gel adds bulk to the stool, makes it softer and helps the bowel move smoothly without strain.

Follow the instructions on the pack. Empty one sachet into a glass of water or milk, stir and drink straight away. Follow with another glass of water for best comfort.
