Gliptagreat M from Mankind brings together a DPP-4 inhibitor and a biguanide in one tablet, designed to help adults with type 2 diabetes keep blood sugar within target range.

Teneligliptin boosts the body's own incretin hormones so more insulin is released after meals and less sugar is dumped from the liver. Metformin reduces liver sugar output and improves how your cells respond to insulin.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water at the same time each day.
