About
Telmikind AM from Mankind Pharma is a combination tablet of Telmisartan and Amlodipine. It is prescribed for adults whose blood pressure needs two medicines that relax blood vessels in different ways.

How it works
Telmisartan is an angiotensin-receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels by blocking a tightening hormone. Amlodipine is a calcium-channel blocker that further widens the arteries by stopping calcium from entering vessel walls, so BP drops smoothly through the day.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day at the same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water and try not to skip doses.

Precautions
Tell your doctor about liver or heart problems, very low BP, or pregnancy plans. Limit large amounts of grapefruit juice. Stand up slowly from sitting or lying down.
