About
Telmikind AM 80 from Mankind Pharma is a higher-strength combination of Telmisartan with Amlodipine. It is prescribed when blood pressure needs firmer dual-action control.

How it works
Telmisartan blocks the angiotensin-II receptor and relaxes blood vessels. Amlodipine is a calcium-channel blocker that further widens the arteries by stopping calcium from entering vessel walls, so the two together give smooth, day-long BP control.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day at the same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water and try not to skip doses.

Precautions
Inform your doctor about liver or heart problems, very low BP, or pregnancy plans. Limit grapefruit juice in large amounts. Rise slowly from sitting or lying down.
