Drotikind M is made by Mankind Pharma and combines Drotaverine, a smooth-muscle relaxant, with Mefenamic Acid, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever. It is commonly used for cramping pain.

Uses

How it works

Drotaverine relaxes tight muscles in the gut and uterus, while Mefenamic Acid lowers the chemicals that trigger pain and swelling, so the cramps and ache settle down together.

How to take

Take as prescribed by your doctor, preferably after food with water.
