About
Telmikind 80 from Mankind Pharma is a higher-strength Telmisartan tablet. It is prescribed when blood pressure needs firmer control than the standard dose.
Uses

How it works
Telmisartan is an angiotensin-receptor blocker. It blocks angiotensin-II, the hormone that normally tightens blood vessels, so vessels relax and blood pressure stays controlled across 24 hours.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day at the same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water and try not to skip doses.

Precautions
Inform your doctor about kidney or liver disease, low BP, dehydration, or pregnancy plans. Avoid potassium-rich salt substitutes unless your doctor agrees. Stand up slowly from sitting or lying down.
