Econorm Powder Sachet from Dr. Reddy's delivers 280 mg of Saccharomyces boulardii in a ready-to-mix sachet. The probiotic yeast format is easy for children and adults who prefer not to swallow tablets.

• Acute diarrhoea, including infectious causes

This probiotic yeast briefly settles in the intestine and helps re-balance the gut's microbial environment. It also helps neutralise certain bacterial toxins and supports the intestinal lining, leading to firmer stools and shorter diarrhoea episodes.

Empty the sachet into a small amount of water, milk or soft food, mix well and consume promptly, as prescribed by your doctor. Drink plenty of fluids and ORS alongside to prevent dehydration.

Avoid in people with central venous lines, serious immunosuppression or known yeast allergy unless specifically advised. Space at least 2 hours from antifungal medication. See a doctor if diarrhoea lasts more than 2 days, there is high fever or blood in stool.
