Ciplactin 15 tab

Ciplactin from Cipla is an antihistamine tablet often used to control allergies and also to help with poor appetite. It works gently and starts acting within an hour.

• Skin allergies and itching
• Runny nose and sneezing
• Hives and rashes
• Poor appetite support

Cyproheptadine blocks histamine and serotonin receptors. This calms allergy symptoms and, in some people, increases hunger so they eat better.

Swallow with water as prescribed by your doctor. May be taken with or without food. It can cause sleepiness, so avoid driving until you know how it affects you.

• Drowsiness or tiredness
• Dry mouth
• Weight gain
• Mild dizziness

Avoid alcohol while on this tablet. Not for newborns or very elderly without doctor advice. Tell your doctor about asthma, glaucoma or prostate issues.

Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place, in the original strip. Keep away from sunlight and out of children's reach.
