Digel chewable tablets are a friendly go-to for that bloated, gassy, burning feeling after a heavy meal, blending three classic antacid helpers in one tablet.

Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide neutralise excess stomach acid quickly, while simethicone breaks up trapped gas bubbles in the gut so wind passes more comfortably.

Chew one tablet thoroughly after meals or when discomfort strikes, as guided on the pack or by your pharmacist. Do not swallow whole.
