Gut OK NF from Mankind is a probiotic-plus-prebiotic capsule designed to support a healthy intestinal balance and overall digestive comfort.

• Diarrhoea due to antibiotics or infections

Lactobacillus rhamnosus is a well-studied friendly bacterium that helps repopulate the gut and resist harmful microbes, while the prebiotic fibre acts as food for these good bacteria so they can settle and multiply more easily.

Swallow the capsule whole with water, preferably after a meal, as prescribed by your doctor.

Let your doctor know if you have a weakened immune system, an indwelling line, or are critically ill. If taking antibiotics, space the capsule a couple of hours apart.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the strip in the original pack until use.
