About

Pansped D 20 from Torrent Pharmaceuticals is a combination capsule of Pantoprazole and Domperidone. It is prescribed when acidity comes with nausea, fullness or food coming back up.

Uses

  • Acidity with nausea
  • Acid reflux with bloating
  • Heartburn with fullness
  • Belching with sour taste

How it works

Pantoprazole cuts down acid release from the stomach wall, while Domperidone helps the stomach empty faster and stops the food from moving up the food pipe. Together they ease both burning and the urge to vomit.

How to take

Swallow with water as prescribed by your doctor, usually before a meal in the morning. Do not crush or chew. Try to take it at the same time each day.

  • Loose stools or constipation
  • Mild stomach pain

Precautions

Inform the doctor about heart problems, liver disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid mixing with grapefruit juice. Do not use long term without doctor review.
