Meftal Spas from Blue Cross combines dicyclomine, an antispasmodic, with mefenamic acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory. The pairing targets both cramping pain and the inflammation behind it.

Dicyclomine relaxes the muscle in the wall of the stomach and intestines, easing the squeezing sensation that causes cramps. Mefenamic acid reduces inflammatory chemicals that drive pain and tenderness. Together they settle both the spasm and the underlying ache.

Take the tablet with food and a glass of water as prescribed by your doctor. Use only when needed for cramps and avoid mixing with other painkillers without medical advice.
