Cizaspa X 15 tabs

Cizaspa X from Lupin is a prescription tablet that brings together Mebeverine, an antispasmodic, with Chlordiazepoxide, a mild calming medicine. It is commonly given for stomach cramps that are linked with anxiety or stress.

Mebeverine relaxes the smooth muscle of the intestine, easing painful spasms without disturbing normal gut movement. Chlordiazepoxide acts on the brain to lower anxiety, so the gut-brain trigger that worsens cramps becomes quieter.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually before meals with a glass of water. Swallow the tablet whole and do not crush or chew it. Avoid alcohol during treatment.
