About
Glimisave M3 Forte from Eris Lifesciences is a high-strength combination tablet of Glimepiride and Metformin. It is prescribed for adults with type 2 diabetes who need stronger sugar control than smaller combinations can provide.
Uses

How it works
Glimepiride, a sulfonylurea, helps the pancreas release more insulin. Metformin reduces sugar production by the liver and improves the body's response to insulin. The two together cover several causes of high sugar.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water during or after a main meal. Do not skip meals to avoid low-sugar episodes.

- Vitamin B12 deficiency on long use
Precautions
Not suitable in severe kidney, liver or heart failure. Pause before contrast scans or during major illness, as advised. Avoid alcohol. Carry sugar candy at all times.
