Pifacid IT 10 cap

Pifacid IT from VHL is a combination capsule of Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, and Itopride in a sustained-release form, a prokinetic that supports gut movement. It is often used when acidity is combined with feelings of bloating, fullness or slow stomach emptying.

Pantoprazole reduces the amount of acid the stomach makes by switching off the acid pumps in the stomach lining. Itopride helps the stomach and upper gut move food along more smoothly, easing fullness, bloating and reflux symptoms.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, swallowed whole with water — do not chew or open the capsule. It is usually taken before food.
