Vigliptin M from Prevego combines Vildagliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor, with Metformin, a biguanide, to help manage blood sugar in type 2 diabetes.

• Controls high blood sugar in type 2 diabetes
• Used with diet and exercise
• Helpful when one drug alone is not enough

Vildagliptin boosts natural hormones that increase insulin release after meals, while metformin reduces glucose made by the liver and improves how the body uses insulin.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or just after a meal to reduce stomach upset.

• Nausea, gas or loose motions
• Headache or dizziness
• Low blood sugar when combined with other diabetes drugs

Not suitable in serious kidney or liver disease. Inform your doctor before any scan with contrast dye, surgery or heavy alcohol use.

Store below 25 degC in a dry place, away from children.
