Jalra M 50/500 by USV combines vildagliptin and metformin in one tablet. It is used to help adults with type 2 diabetes keep their blood sugar in a healthier range when single therapy isn't enough.

Vildagliptin works as a DPP-4 inhibitor, helping the body release more insulin after meals and lowering excess sugar from the liver. Metformin, a biguanide, reduces the liver's sugar output and makes your body more sensitive to insulin. Together they target glucose from two angles.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with food to ease the stomach. Swallow whole with water.
