Cinirone D from Gozma combines cinnarizine, an anti-vertigo medicine, with domperidone, which helps settle nausea. It is used for spinning sensations and the sickness that often comes with them.

Cinnarizine calms the inner-ear signals that trigger spinning sensations and travel sickness. Domperidone acts on the stomach and the part of the brain that controls vomiting, easing nausea and helping the gut move food along normally.

Swallow with water, as prescribed by your doctor, usually before food. Avoid driving until you know how the tablet affects you, as it can cause drowsiness.

Avoid alcohol while on this medicine. Tell your doctor about Parkinson's disease, liver problems or a heart rhythm condition. Use cautiously in elderly patients.
