Medicaine Gel Syrup 200 ml

Medicaine Gel Syrup from Medley blends magaldrate (an antacid), simethicone (an anti-gas agent) and oxetacaine (a local anaesthetic). It is used to soothe acidity, gas and pain from gastric irritation.

• Acidity and heartburn
• Gas and bloating
• Pain from gastritis or ulcer
• Burning in the upper abdomen

Magaldrate neutralises excess stomach acid, simethicone breaks down trapped gas bubbles, and oxetacaine numbs the lining of the food pipe and stomach to ease burning and pain.

Shake the bottle well and take the measured dose as prescribed by your doctor, usually between meals and at bedtime. Do not lie down for a short while after taking it.

Tell your doctor about kidney problems, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Space out by at least two hours from other medicines, as antacids can affect their absorption.
