Ranidom-MPS SF Syrup from Mankind is a sugar-free antacid that combines aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and simethicone for acidity with gas.

How it works
Aluminium and magnesium hydroxides neutralise stomach acid, while simethicone breaks up gas bubbles to ease bloating.
How to take
