Cyclopam Drops 15 ml

Cyclopam Drops from Indoco combine Dicyclomine, an antispasmodic, with Simethicone, an anti-foaming agent. The drops are commonly used in infants and small children to ease colicky abdominal pain and trapped gas.

• Infant colic and tummy cramps
• Gas-related bloating and discomfort
• Spasmodic abdominal pain

Dicyclomine relaxes the smooth muscle of the gut, easing the painful spasms behind colic. Simethicone breaks down larger gas bubbles in the stomach and intestine into smaller ones that pass out more easily, relieving bloating.

Give these drops as prescribed by your doctor, ideally before a feed. Use the dropper provided to measure the dose and place it in the baby's mouth or mix in a little water. Do not exceed the dose the doctor has advised.

• Drowsiness or unusual sleepiness
• Dry mouth
• Mild constipation
• Reduced feeding or fussiness

Not suitable for very young infants unless a paediatrician advises. Avoid in babies with feeding difficulties, breathing issues or known sensitivity. Always confirm the exact dose with your doctor before each course.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly capped and well out of reach of children. Do not freeze.
