Colimex Syrup from Wallace is a prescription paediatric syrup for cramping tummy pain with gas. It pairs an antispasmodic with an anti-gas ingredient for combined relief.

• Stomach cramps with gas

Dicycloverine relaxes the muscles in the gut wall to stop painful spasms, while simethicone breaks gas bubbles so wind moves out smoothly.

Give only as prescribed by your doctor. Shake well and use the measuring spoon or cap provided. Usually given after feeds or meals.

• Blurred vision rarely

Do not exceed the doctor's dose. Avoid in newborns under 6 months unless advised. Tell the doctor about any heart, liver or eye problems before use.
