Duphalac Fiber Solution 200 ml

Duphalac Fiber Solution from Abbott contains Lactulose as a gentle, fibre-like osmotic laxative. It is widely used for adults, the elderly, and people with chronic constipation.

Lactulose passes unchanged into the large bowel, where it pulls water into the stool and is broken down by gut bacteria into mild acids. This softens the stool and gently stimulates the bowel to move.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. The syrup may be taken neat or mixed with water, juice or milk. Drink fluids during the day to help it work.

Avoid in galactose intolerance and intestinal obstruction. Use with caution if you have diabetes, as the syrup contains small amounts of sugars. Speak to a doctor if constipation does not improve in a week.
