Nexpro RD 40 from Torrent pairs esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, with domperidone in a sustained-release form. It is used when acid reflux comes with bloating, fullness, or nausea that needs steadier symptom control.

Esomeprazole reduces acid release from the stomach lining so irritated tissue can settle and heal. Domperidone helps the stomach empty its contents into the intestine more smoothly, which eases bloating and the urge to vomit.

Swallow the capsule whole with water as prescribed by your doctor, usually before a meal. Do not crush or chew, since that breaks the slow-release coating.
