About
Tritelsar 80 HS from Torrent is a stronger combination blood pressure tablet with telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide, used when lower doses don't bring the numbers down enough.
Uses
- Manages moderate to severe high blood pressure

How it works
Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II to relax blood vessels, while hydrochlorothiazide helps the kidneys remove extra salt and water. The combined action lowers blood pressure more than either drug alone.
How to take
Swallow one tablet daily with water, preferably in the morning, as prescribed by your doctor.
Side effects
- Dizziness, headache, or tiredness
