About
Telma ACT from Glenmark is a triple-action blood pressure pill with Telmisartan (ARB), Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker), and Chlorthalidone (thiazide-like diuretic). It is used when blood pressure stays high despite two drugs.

How it works
Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II. Amlodipine widens arteries by blocking calcium flow into vessel muscle. Chlorthalidone removes excess salt and water through the kidneys, easing pressure further.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor with water, ideally in the morning. Do not stop suddenly even if you feel well.

Precautions
